No, We are currently selling online. When we will go for stockists, then we will surly update their info on akoyacosmetics.com for our customers easy access.
You are welcome to do so. If you’d like to submit a wholesale inquiry please email us on info@akoyacosmetics.com with further information.
Right now, we are taking cash on delivery, but soon we will add some major money transfer services for you, like EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash etc…
We try to be super speedy over here, so once an order has been placed and you want to cancel it for some reason, you must be super speedy to cancel it like we are. Contact us immediately at info@akoyacosmetics.com with your request and order number.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you out your order confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you didn’t receive this email, and have also checked your junk folder, contact us at info@akoyacosmetics.com
Currently, we are only delivering in Pakistan and Dubai, but soon we will make it worldwide.
Right at the moment, we choose leopard as over delivery partner. But we will add more in future.
Unfortunately, we can’t control our carrier companies and sometimes there is a little delay due to circumstances out of their control so please be patient and give a little more time. However, If you do experience any long delays in your delivery please contact us at info@akoyacosmetics.com and we will be happy to help you.
We do accept returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Please send all returns to our warehouse 14/2Abkari Road, New Anarkali Road, Anarkali, Lahore, Punjab 54000.
Please email info@akoyacosmetics.com with ‘Returns’ and your order number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body.
Once we have confirmed receipt of your return, the refund will be processed onto your original payment method and will take 5-7 working days for any refunds to appear back in your account.
You can exchange unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at info@akoyacosmetics.com with details of your order and the items you wish to exchange, and we will inform you of the process.
